Site template reference
Reference for the instance-wide Site template, its four areas, and how its defaults apply to newly created Sites.
Note: This page covers instance-level administration in App management. It is used by Global Administrators.

Site template areas
The Site template group has four pages. Each page corresponds to a current-Site area.

Analytics defaults
The Analytics Site template page uses the same chart list and chart builder as the per-Site Analytics area, with one additional Enabled column.

| Enabled | Controls whether the chart is seeded into newly created Sites. |
| Copy | Creates another template chart from the selected chart. |
| Delete | Removes the chart from the Site template so it is not available for future Site creation. |
Out-of-the-box Analytics charts can be enabled or disabled in the Site template. Global Administrators can also create new template Analytics charts and enable or disable them before creating new Sites.

There is no "apply template to existing Sites" action.

Constraints
- The Site template has no visible version history in the UI.
- Template records are not enforced as policy on existing Sites. Drift between the template and existing Sites is expected.
