Notification Templates Reference
This reference covers Site notification templates, subscriptions, and logs, plus related instance-level settings.
The categories, controls, subscriptions, and log fields below describe Site notifications. Email notification delivery settings are shared across all Sites in the instance.

Site notification categories

Template content
Notification message content is organized into four fields:

Conditional templates also have Trigger conditions specific to the event. For example, SNMP device is not active has Audit name and Inactivity period.

Site subscription grid
Located at Admin Center > Notifications > Subscriptions.

Rows are grouped by user name (Name: <user> (Items: N)); expand a group to see the user's individual subscriptions.
App registration expiration timing
Administrative templates fire at the following milestones for each app registration:
