How to manage Sites
This guide shows you how to use the instance-level Sites grid in App management to review tenant Sites and open them for follow-up administration.
Note: This page covers instance-level administration in App management. It is used by Global Administrators.
Use this workflow at:
Admin Center > App management > Sites
Scope
This is an instance-level workflow for Global Administrators. Site Administrators edit their current Site from Admin Center > Organization profile.
What you can do here
- review the list of Sites on the instance
- create a new Site
- review Site details such as title, slug, time zone, usage counts, and limits
- open a Site and review its instance-level details
Steps
- Sign in as a Global Administrator.
- Open Admin Center > App management > Sites.
- Review the Sites grid.
The Sites grid can include these columns:
- Title
- Description
- Slug
- Time zone
- Users
- Users (max)
- Nodes
- Nodes (max)
- Expiration date
- Segments
- Agents
- Apps
When you create or open a Site, the form also includes Site Information, Configuration, and Licensing & limits fields, such as site avatar, default audit schedule, billing plan, monthly audit and API transaction limits, and recharge day for monthly limits.
- To add a tenant, click + New Site and follow How to create a Site.
- The Site Administrator can continue with Site-specific configuration from that Site's Admin Center.
What this page does not do
- It does not replace Organization profile for per-Site edits.
- It does not retroactively apply Site template changes to existing Sites.
- It does not act as a full Site-level Security or configuration workspace.
Verify
- Confirm the target Site appears in the grid.
- Confirm the Site opens with the expected slug and tenant context.
- Confirm Site-specific follow-up work is assigned to the Site Administrator.
