About Change tracking (admin)

Use Change tracking when you need AlloyScan to record deltas detected by audits on the current Site.

This is a per-Site setting. Until a Site Administrator enables it, the system does not ingest new Change Events for that Site.

Admin Center > Site Settings > Settings > Change tracking

What this page controls

Change tracking controls:

  • whether change events are recorded at all
  • how long change history is retained
  • which categories and sub-attributes are tracked

Where change history appears

When enabled, change events appear in two main places:

  • the per-device Change history tab
  • the site-wide Change log
