Preferences Reference
Defines the per-user preferences exposed in the header user menu and on Manage your account > Settings.

Constraints
- All preferences are scoped to the signed-in user; they do not affect other users on the same site.
- Initial regional defaults (date / time format) derive from the browser locale. The fields above are the user-level opt-in to override the defaults.
- The Layout and per-user grid choices apply across sites accessible to the same account.
