How to update Organization profile

This guide covers the two most common Organization profile tasks in AlloyScan:

  • change the current Site avatar
  • copy the current Site URL

Scope

This page affects the current Site only.

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in as a Site Administrator.
  • You are already working in the correct Site.
  • If you plan to update the avatar, you have an image ready in PNG, JPG, JPEG, or WebP format.

Copy the Site URL

  1. Open Admin Center > Site Settings > Organization profile.
  2. In the Site properties card, find Site URL.
  3. Click the copy icon next to the URL.
  4. Paste the copied value where you need it and confirm it matches the current Site.

Use the copied URL when you need to share the Site entry point with users, bookmarks, onboarding instructions, or support staff.

Change the Site avatar

  1. Open Admin Center > Site Settings > Organization profile.
  2. Find the Site avatar card.
  3. Click the upload area, or drag and drop the image file into it.
  4. If the current avatar should be removed instead, use Delete.
  5. Save the page.

Verify

  • The header and Site switcher show the new avatar for the current Site.
  • The copied Site URL opens the expected Site.
  • No other Site on the instance changed.
