Customizing the Self Service Portal

The Self Service Portal (SSP) is a web interface for your customers and internal company users to the Service Desk, Service Catalog, Knowledge Base and other modules of Alloy Navigator.

When your SSP is installed and configured, you can customize a number of features available to customers:

NOTE: The Self Service Portal provides access to only certain modules of Alloy Navigator. You specify which modules are available when you configure the Self Service Portal. For details, see Installation Guide: Defining the Self Service Portal's Scope.
