Adding languages to the Self Service Portal

The Self Service Portal includes localization dictionaries for many languages.

TIP: Users can switch to their preferred language on their Profile page. For details, see Installation Guide: About user profiles in the Self Service Portal.

You can always add a new localization dictionary to the Self Service Portal if a language that you want to apply is not available.

To add a new language to the Self Service Portal, take these steps:

  1. Prepare a localization dictionary

  2. Add your localization dictionary to the Self Service Portal

FOR CLOUD CUSTOMERS: Please note that adding custom languages is only available for on-premises deployments. Contact our Support Team for assistance with this step.
