TIP: You can find all workflow components where the lookup list item is used. To search for a lookup list item, use its Global ID (GUID). Right-click the lookup list item, select Copy Item ID (GUID) to Clipboard from the pop-up menu. Click Search in Workflow on the toolbar, paste the GUID in the Text to find field, and click Find.
