Ticket records

Ticket records are listed in the Tickets grid. To access the Tickets grid, select Service Desk > Tickets from the navigation menu.

The top pane of an open Ticket record window displays the number and the summary of the Ticket on the left and its status and priority on the right.

Below the top pane, the following tabs are available:

• General tab

• Activity tab

• Resolution tab

• Custom Data tab (optional)

• Child Tickets tab

• Relationships tab

• Notes tab

• Attachments tab

• History tab
