Work Order records

Work Order records are listed in the Work Orders grid. To access the Work Orders grid, select either Service Desk > Work Orders in the Sidebar, or Go > Work Orders from the main menu.

The Work Orders are also available in the All Tickets grid (Service Desk > All Tickets), and the Work Orders assigned to you either directly or through you group membership are available in the My Tickets grid (My Work > My Tickets).

The top pane of an open Work Order record window displays the number and the summary of the Work Order on the left and the following fields on the right:

Ticket - shows the automatically generated number of the Work Order.

Status - displays the status of the Work Order. The list of Work Order statuses is defined by your Alloy Navigator administrator.
