Setting up outgoing e-mail notifications

The articles referred below will guide you through the configuration of e-mail notification settings in the Notifications > E-mail Notifications > Settings of the Admin Center. While some notification options are mandatory, others are optional, giving you flexibility in tailoring your e-mail notifications to suit your specific needs.

APPLIES TO: This article applies to the web Admin Center. You can also use the desktop Settings App for these tasks. Note that the web version has some limitations and does not support legacy mail services (EWS, MAPI).

Depending on the type of your account, specify the mail server settings as follows:
