Ticket records

Ticket records are listed in the Tickets grid. To access the Tickets grid, select either Service Desk > Tickets in the Sidebar, or Go > Tickets from the main menu.

The top pane of an open Ticket record window displays the number and the summary of the Ticket on the left and the following fields on the right:

Ticket - shows the automatically generated number of the Ticket.

Status - displays the status of the Ticket. The list of Ticket statuses is defined by your Alloy Navigator Express administrator.
