Contracts

Contract records allow you to monitor contracts with various vendors, including warranty, service, or maintenance contracts.

To access the Contracts grid, select either IT Assets > Contracts in the Sidebar, or Go > Contracts from the main menu.

The top pane of an open contract record window displays the number, title, ID and the status of the Contract.

Below the top pane, the following tabs are available:

• General tab

• Custom Data tab (optional)

• Related Objects tab

• Notes tab

• Attachments tab
