Sidebar

The Sidebar is a navigation bar that enables you to quickly access all Alloy Navigator Express modules and components they contain.

By default, the Sidebar is hidden. When you display the Sidebar, it shows you a group of modules that provides related information and functionality in an instance. For example, the Service Desk module provides access to Tickets and ability to work with those components.

TIP: You can expand only one module at a time.

To display or hide the Sidebar:

• Click View > Sidebar or just click the grip bar.

You can change the Sidebar as follows:

• Display or hide the application tree in the Sidebar:

  • Select View > Application Tree.

• Customize the Sidebar:

  • You can change the Sidebar style and customize its contents. For details, see Customizing the Sidebar.

• Resize the Sidebar:

  • Drag the grip bar left or right.
