Selection Rule window

The Selection Rule window allows you to configure a data source for the Latest Activities dashboard widget.

The window contains the following fields and controls:

Ticket Filter - opens the Filter window, where you can specify filtering for objects of a chosen class.

Activity Filter - opens the Filter window, where you can specify filtering for Activity records.

Show only if it is the latest ticke t's activity - when enabled, the activity satisfying the filter is displayed in the widget only when it is the ticket's latest activity. Otherwise, the widget displays the most recent activity of the activities satisfying the filter.

Description - the text description for the data source, which will be displayed in the Latest Activities widget properties window.

Enabled - enables or disables the data source for the widget.
