Stock Rules

The Stock Rules allow you to define thresholds for particular Assets and Consumables in the stock and corresponding actions to perform with the items. For example, when inventory of a particular Asset in a particular Stock Room reaches a specified threshold, a certain number of items should either be transferred from another Stock Room or ordered from a Vendor.

To access the Stock Rules grid, select Asset Management > Stock Rules from the navigation menu. To view the details of a particular Stock Rule, double-click the corresponding record in the grid.
