General tab

The General tab displays the general information about the Stock Rule grouped in the following sections:

• Description: Displays the ID, status, and name of the Stock Rule, and the product and stock room to which this Stock Rule applies. When a reference field is filled out, you can quickly jump to the corresponding record. Click the three-dot menu and choose Open to open the record or Details to preview its details.

• Categorization: Shows the type and category of the Stock Rule.

• Settings: The rule definition. Here, you can establish and adjust thresholds for the product in the stock room and specify actions to take when these thresholds are met.

The General tab may also display various user-defined fields in an additional section if your Alloy Navigator administrator has configured them accordingly. The default name of this section is "Custom Data", although your Alloy Navigator administrator may have renamed this section.

NOTE: User-defined fields can appear also on the Custom Data tab (this is the default name of the tab; it can be renamed by your Alloy Navigator administrator).
