The Incidents are also available in the All Tickets grid (Service Desk > All Tickets). The Incidents assigned to you either directly or through you group membership are available in the My Tickets grid (
The top pane of an open incident record window displays the number and the summary of the Incident on the left and
Ticket - shows the automatically generated number of the Incident.
Status - displays the status of the Incident. The list of incident statuses is defined by your Alloy Navigator administrator.
