To access the All CIs grid, select either Configuration Management > All CIsin the Sidebar, or Go > All CIsfrom the main menu.
In the All CIs grid, you can open, add, delete, or perform other available actions on all the above-listed Configuration Items - just like in any other object grid. For more information, see Working with Object Records: Common Actions. Additionally, you can perform workflow actions on a single Configuration Item or multiple ones. In the latter case, all the CIs upon which you want to perform an action must be of the same class. For more information, see Performing workflow actions.
