Document records

Document records allow you to store details about any documents that you want to track and manage. For example, this may include various guidance documents, internal and external procedures and instructions, etc.

To access this Documents grid, select either Configuration Management > Documents in the Sidebar, or Go > Documents from the main menu.

The top pane of an open document record window displays the name, ID, and the status of the Document.

Below the top pane, the following tabs are available:
