Exporting Audit Snapshots
This feature allows you to export the audit snapshot files of the network nodes from your database to any of the following formats:

ADT format (for Computers only)
-
ADTX format (for Chromebooks only)
-
SNMP format (for Network Devices only)
-
XML format
NOTE: The audit snapshot contains no user defined fields.
To export audit snapshots to ADT/ADTX/SNMP format:

Click the Computers tab / Chromebooks grid / Network Devices grid in a Site or Collection.

Select one of the options:

If you want to export all audit snapshots, click File > Export Rows > Export Selected > Audit Snapshot from the main menu.

If you want to export only one or several snapshots, do the following:

Select the records to export (for details, see Selecting multiple records).

Select File > Export Rows > Export Selected > Audit Snapshot from the main menu.

When the Export Audit Snapshots window appears, specify a folder for the output files.

Click OK.
You can view .adt or .adtx files using the Audit Snapshot Viewer. You can also import .adt, .adtx or .snmp files into another database using the Import Snapshots from Media Wizard.
To export audit snapshots to XML format:

Click the Computers tab / Chromebooks grid / Network Devices grid in a Site or Collection.

Select one of the options:

If you want to export all audit snapshots, click File > Export Rows > Export All > Audit Snapshot to XML from the main menu.

If you want to export only one or several snapshots, do the following:

Select the records to export (for details, see Selecting multiple records).

Click File > Export Rows > Export Selected > Audit Snapshot to XML from the main menu.

When the Export Audit Snapshots window appears, specify a folder for the output files.

Click OK.
