Managing Alloy Navigator Express accounts

To allow a user access to Alloy Navigator Express, you must create and configure an Alloy Navigator Express account for them.

Before you begin working with accounts, read the following:

  • Authentication types

  • Types of Alloy Navigator Express accounts

  • Setting password complexity

  • Licensing models

In the Accounts and Roles > Accounts section, you can perform the following actions:

  • Adding Alloy Navigator Express accounts

  • Converting Alloy Navigator Express accounts

  • Modifying login

  • Changing password

  • For Technician accounts only:

    • Changing the Technician account type

    • Disabling or enabling user accounts

    • Managing technician role membership

    • Viewing effective permissions of Technician Accounts

    • Viewing workflow actions for Technician Accounts

  • For SSP Customer accounts only:

    • Disabling or enabling user accounts

    • Changing user access level

  • Removing Alloy Navigator Express accounts
