Types of Alloy Navigator Express accounts
Alloy Navigator Express has two types of user accounts: SSP Customer and Technician, as described in the table below.

User accounts created for users who access Alloy Navigator Express through the Self Service Portal (SSP customers). You can create unlimited number of SSP Customer accounts. |

User accounts created for technical staff members who work with Alloy Navigator Express The number of Technician accounts you can create may be limited by your Alloy Navigator Express license. For details, see Licensing models. |
TIP: There is an additional type of accounts in Alloy Navigator Express—applications. Applications are dedicated to external apps integrated with Alloy Navigator Express via the API. For details, see Managing applications.
