Customizing the Self Service Portal

The Self Service Portal (SSP) is a web interface for your customers and internal company users to the self-service module of Alloy Navigator Express.

When your Self Service Portal is installed and configured, you can customize some of its features:

User access

Configure Self-Registration for creating SSP customer accounts. For instructions, see Setting Up Self-Registration.

NOTE: The Self Service Portal provides access to only certain modules of Alloy Navigator Express. You specify which modules are available when you configure the Self Service Portal. For details, see Installation Guide: Defining the Self Service Portal's Scope.
