Modifying SSP Customer Accounts

You may want to change a user’s access level. If the Self Service Portal uses Standard authentication, you can change user’s password.

To modify a SSP Customer account, follow these steps:

  1. From the Sidebar, navigate to Accounts and Roles > Accounts.
  2. Double-click a SSP Customer account. The User Account dialog box appears.
  3. Modify the details.
  4. Click OK.
