Contracts

Contract records allow you to monitor contracts with various vendors, including warranty, service, or maintenance contracts.

To access the Contracts grid, select Asset Management > Contractsfrom the navigation menu.

The top pane of an open contract record window displays the number, title, and the status of the Contract.

Below the top pane, the following tabs are available:

• General tab

• Activity tab

• Custom Data tab (optional)

• Related Objects tab

• Ticket History tab

• Notes tab

• Attachments tab

• History tab
