Network records

Network records allow you to store the information about any computer networks.

To access this Networks grid, select Configuration Management > Networks from the navigation menu.

The top pane of an open network record window displays the name, ID, and the status of the Network.

Below the top pane, the following tabs are available:

• General tab

• Activity tab

• IP Addresses tab

• Custom Data tab (optional)

• Related Objects tab

• Ticket History tab

• Notes tab

• History tab

• Attachments tab
