More information for administrators

This error message occurs when there are too many named users. Review all named technician accounts and disable those not in use. You may also consider increasing your license limit or switch to a different licensing model.

TIP: To get information about your license limits, launch your Settings and go to General > License Management. For details, see Licensing models.

About licensing models

The User Access License identifies the number of technicians who can have access to the product. Alloy Navigator supports two licensing models: Named Users and Concurrent Users.

Your product license can be based on the fixed licensing (either Named Users or Concurrent Users model) or you can use the mixed licensing (that combines both models). This error message occurs when there are too many named users.

TIP: To get information about your license, launch your Settings and go to General > License Management. For details, see Licensing models. You can also use the License Information system macro. For details, see Alloy Navigation Administration Guide: System Macros.

NOTE: Only Technician accounts count against your product license. SSP Customer accounts have no license restrictions.
