Managing Alloy Navigator accounts

To allow a user access to Alloy Navigator, you must create and configure an Alloy Navigator account for them.

Before you begin working with accounts, read the following:

• Authentication types

• Types of Alloy Navigator accounts

• Setting password complexity

• Licensing models

In the Users & Security > Accounts and Roles > Accounts section, you can perform the following actions:

• Adding Alloy Navigator accounts

• Converting Alloy Navigator accounts

• Modifying login

• Changing password

• For Technician accounts only:

• Changing the Technician account type

• Disabling or enabling user accounts

• Managing technician role membership

• Viewing effective permissions of Technician Accounts

• Viewing workflow actions for Technician Accounts

• For SSP Customer accounts only:

• Disabling or enabling user accounts

• Changing user access level

• Removing Alloy Navigator accounts
