The Problems are also available in the All Tickets grid (Service Desk > All Tickets), and the Problems assigned to you either directly or through you group membership are available in the My Tickets grid (
The top pane of an open problem record window displays the number and the summary of the Problem on the left and
Ticket - shows the automatically generated number of the Problem.
Status - displays the status of the Problem. The list of problem statuses is defined by your Alloy Navigator administrator.
