Person records
Person records allow you to enter and manage information about any kind of individuals. These can be employees in your organization, including internal IT support technicians, external contacts sending requests for technical support, and customers.
Alloy Navigator automatically creates Person records when importing user data from the Active Directory and from audit snapshots collected by Alloy Discovery. You can also create Person records manually.
An open Person record shows the top pane and a number of tabs.
The top pane displays the following fields: The top pane displays the name, auto-generated ID, and the status of a Person.
Below the top pane, the following tabs are available:
