Server machine requirements

Requirements for a server computer hosting Alloy Navigator depend on the size of your organization.
Minimum server requirements
When hosting all components on a single machine, the minimum requirements for 10-15 technicians and 1,500 computers would be as follows:

Recommended server requirements
Actual requirements will vary based on a variety of factors such as number of technicians, number of network devices, frequency of audit schedule, amount of end-user ticket submissions, and more.
A rough rule of thumb is that for every additional 500 computers and grouping of 5 technicians we recommend adding 1 GB of RAM and 5 GB of free hard disk space.

IMPORTANT: When SQL Server and IIS are hosted on separate computers, we recommend that they are configured to be in the same time zone. Otherwise, Alloy Navigator may process date and time information incorrectly.
