Server computer Requirements for a server computer hosting Alloy Navigator vary based on the size of your organization. This page outlines the minimum requirements for a server computer in a single-machine deployment and provides recommendations for other deployment scenarios.
Minimum server requirements
When hosting all components on a single machine, the minimum requirements for 10-15 technicians and 1,500 computers would be as follows:

Recommended server requirements
Actual requirements will vary based on a variety of factors such as number of technicians, number of network devices, frequency of audit schedule, amount of end-user ticket submissions, and more.
A rough rule of thumb is that for every additional 500 computers and grouping of 5 technicians we recommend adding 1 GB of RAM and 5 GB of free hard disk space.

Time zone configuration recommendations
When SQL Server and IIS are hosted on separate machines, it is essential to configure both the database and web servers to operate in the same time zone. This alignment is necessary to avoid discrepancies in the processing of date and time information within Alloy Navigator. Failure to synchronize the time zones may result in inaccuracies and disruptions in system functionality.
