Configuring alerts

In the Services > Alerts section, you configure Alloy Discovery to send e-mail notifications for alerting appropriate staff when a certain hardware or software condition is detected.

In order to enable Alloy Discovery to send alerts you need to specify the outgoing mail server settings. For details, see Configuring outgoing e-mail.
