The New Alert Wizard helps you configure an alert easily.
To start the wizard, in the Settings App, go to Services > Alerts section and click New on the Module menu.
It is recommended to set up the outgoing e-mail before creating the alert (for details, see Configuring outgoing e-mail). In case you configure the e-mail settings after audit data has been uploaded, the alert record appears in the Alert Log (for details, see Viewing Alert Log) but the alert e-mail notifications can not be sent out.
