Changing statuses of Tickets or Change Requests

Introduced in 8.7

Typically, when you perform actions on Tickets or Change Requests, Alloy Navigator Express updates current statuses so you can monitor object lifecycle stages.

You can also change a status of an open Ticket or Change Request manually by performing the Change Status workflow action.
