Viewing the progress of Service Desk Tickets and Purchase Orders
The progress indicator at the top of
and Purchase Orders shows the lifecycle stages and outlines the stage where the object is currently atFor example, the lifecycle of Change Requests typically consists of six stages: Submission, Approval, Planning, Implementation, Review, and, finally, Closure. Each stage is mapped to a set of object statuses. For example, the Draft status corresponds to the Submission stage.
As a draft Change Request is sent for approval, it will move from the Submission stage to the Approval stage.

NOTE: The lifecycle stages, their mapping, and consequence are configured by your Alloy Navigator Express administrator.
