Table widgets

Table widgets display data in a tabular format, allowing users to quickly review records and open object details.
Tables are based on a selected data source and display records matching configured filters. When the selected data source is Activity, the widget becomes an Activity Table widget that displays filtered Activity Log records for selected object classes.
Table widgets use the same chart editor as analytics created under Reports > Analytics. For details, see Modifying charts.
To configure a Table widget:

Open a dashboard.

Click Customize Dashboard
in the upper-right corner. The widget library opens. -
Click Actions (three dots) and select New Widget > Table.

In the chart editor, configure the table:

For object-based tables:

select a data source;
-
choose Table as the chart type;

select a Table type;

under Available properties to display, select the fields that will be displayed as columns;

configure grouping, filters, and formatting options.

For activity-based tables:

select Activity as the data source;

choose Table as the chart type;

select a Table type;

under Available properties to display, select the Activity fields that will be displayed as columns;

on the Object Filter tab, add the object classes to include in the activity table and configure filters for each class;

on the Activity Filter tab, define which activities are displayed;

configure formatting options.

Enter a widget name.

On the Sharing tab, choose who can access the widget:

Only me: Keeps the widget private and visible only to you.

Everyone: Makes the widget visible to all users.

Specific people or groups: Shares the widget with selected users and/or groups.

Save the widget.
The widget is now available to add to dashboards.
NOTE: Table widgets use the same Analytics editor as other analytics widgets: Chart and Counter. If you select a different visualization type (for example, Bar chart), the widget appears in the corresponding category in the widget library.
