Counter Group widgets

Introduced in 2026

A Counter Group widget displays multiple related Counter analytics together for monitoring and comparison, such as submitted versus completed tickets.

To configure a Counter Group widget:

1. Open a dashboard.

2. Click Customize Dashboard in the upper-right corner. The widget library opens.

3. To create a new widget:

   1. Click Actions (three dots).

   2. Select New Widget > Counter Group.

4. On the Settings tab, configure:

   • Title: Name displayed on dashboards and in the widget library.

   • Comparison: Select this checkbox to display comparisons between adjacent counters.

   • Counters > Add: Select Counter analytics to appear in the widget.

     For each selected counter, you can configure a custom caption, if needed.

5. Drag counters to change their display order.

6. On the Sharing tab, choose who can access the widget:

   • Only me: Keeps the widget private and visible only to you.

   • Everyone: Makes the widget visible to all users.

   • Specific people or groups: Shares the widget with selected users and/or groups.

7. Save the widget.

   The widget is now available to add to dashboards.
