Threshold Notification Rule window

Use the Threshold Notification Rule window to define thresholds for particular consumables in stock and actions to perform when these thresholds are reached.
To access the Threshold Notification Rule window, navigate to the Consumable Management module and create a new threshold notification rule or open an existing one. The following sections and controls are available:

Description section: Specifies the general properties of the threshold notification rule:

Name (mandatory): The rule name.

Product (mandatory): The product the rule is created for. You can choose only consumable products here.

Settings section: Here you can view and manage the thresholds in stock and actions to perform.

Threshold 1 (mandatory): The value of the stock out threshold for the item to generate a "Threshold 1" notification to the manager. The notification specifies that the reorder is needed.

Reorder Quantity 1 (optional): The number of items to reorder, when the available quantity has fallen below the Threshold 1 quantity. This number will be included in the "Threshold 1" notification.

Threshold 2 (optional): The critical value of the stock out threshold for the item to generate a "Threshold 2" notification to the manager. The notification specifies that the urgent reorder is needed.

Reorder Quantity 2 (optional): The number of items to reorder, when the available quantity has fallen below the Threshold 2 quantity. This number will be included in the "Threshold 2" notification.

Notes section: Here you can add any notes related to the threshold notification rule.
