Alloy Navigator is a mobile app for Service Desk technicians that provides access to Alloy Navigator ExpressService Desk and IT Assets solution from a mobile device.

What can Alloy Navigator mobile app do?

With the Alloy Navigator mobile app, you can stay connected to Alloy Navigator Express using your mobile device and:

  • Review and update work assigned to you or your team.

  • Open important or frequently used records from My Work.

  • Create, update, and resolve records while away from your desk.

  • Perform workflow actions, including change planning and approvals.

  • Search for information and keep important details up to date.

  • Browse Knowledge Base articles and announcements.

  • Communicate with customers and colleagues on the go.

  • Manage IT assets and related inventory.

  • Track borrowed equipment and reservations

Who can use Alloy Navigator mobile app?

If you have a technician account in Alloy Navigator Express, you can use the Alloy Navigator mobile app. If you are not sure whether you have a required Alloy Navigator Express account, please contact your Alloy Navigator Express administrator.

Installation

Install the Alloy Navigator mobile app on your iOS or Android mobile device.

Connection details

To connect the app to Alloy Navigator Express, obtain the following information from your administrator:

  • QR code or URL to connect to the Alloy Navigator Express server

  • Sign-in credentials for your Alloy Navigator Express technician account (such as a username and password or SSO account)
