Alloy Self-Service 1.0
Alloy Self-Service is a mobile app that provides mobile access to the Self-Service Portal. Internal employees and customers can use Alloy Self-Service to report issues, browse the knowledge base, and perform other self-service tasks on their mobile phone or tablet. You can use Alloy Self-Service in addition to the web-based Self Service Portal or separately.
Alloy Self-Service is available for iOS and Android devices.
