Modifying SSP Customer Accounts
You may want to change a user’s access level. If the Self Service Portal uses Standard authentication, you can change user’s password.

To modify a SSP Customer account, follow these steps:
- From the Sidebar, navigate to Accounts and Roles > Accounts.
- Double-click a SSP Customer account. The User Account dialog box appears.
- Modify the details.
- Click OK.
