E-mail Processing

Introduced in 2023.1

The E-mail Processing section allows you to configure Alloy Navigator to convert incoming e-mail messages into Alloy Navigator objects: Service Desk Tickets, Purchase Orders, Contracts, Knowledge Base Articles, etc.

The E-mail Processing section includes the following subsections:
