Action Bar

The Action Bar appears on the right in an open window with object's details, under Actions title. This bar lists the commands for performing workflow actions, available for the particular object. The availability of commands is controlled by the object's lifecycle stage and your role in the organization. Commands are grouped in sections. Disabled commands may appear dimmed, or may be hidden.

If you want to hide the Action Bar, just click the grip bar. To bring the Action Bar back, click the grip bar again.

To perform an action, just click its command in the bar. The most of actions bring up a dialog window (referred to as Action Form) or a wizard requiring user input. Fill out the form or the wizard pages and click OK.

NOTE: Workflow actions are configured by your Alloy Navigator administrator.
