Stock Rules

The Stock Rules allow you to define thresholds for particular Assets and Consumables in the stock and corresponding actions to perform with the items. For example, when inventory of a particular Asset in a particular Stock Room reaches a specified threshold, a certain number of items should either be transferred from another Stock Room or ordered from a Vendor.

To access the Stock Rules grid, select either Asset Management > Stock Rules in the Sidebar, or Go > Stock Rules from the main menu. To view the details of a particular Stock Rule, double-click the corresponding record in the grid.

The top pane of an open Stock Rule record window displays the ID and the status of the Stock Rule.

• Attachments tab
