Computers grid

The Computers grid shows the data about the audited computers of the selected Site or Collection.

To open the Computers grid:

  • From under the Sites section in the Sidebar, navigate to the desired Site and click Computers.

  • From under the Collections > Computers section in the Sidebar, select the desired Collection (for example, Windows 8).

Computers' audit data is organized in the following tabs:

  • Computers - lists computers in a current Site or Collection and provides basic information about them (such as CPU type and speed, memory size, operating system details, the network card and address, and others).

  • Change History - shows inventory statistics of the audited computers in a Site or Collection. Change History of a Site is also displayed in the Site statistics (for details, see Site Statistics).

  • Discovered Installations - displays software inventory data for a current Site or Collection.

  • File Find - allows you to search through the file scan data of the audited computers in a Site or Collection (available only with the Detailed Scan option enabled, for details, see File Scan).

  • File Statistics - shows file statistics of the audited computers in a Site or Collection collected during the file scan (available only with the Summary Scan option enabled, for details, see File Scan).

  • Shared Folders - lists all shared folders on computers in a Site or Collection.

  • Devices - displays devices installed on computers in a Site or Collection.

  • Event Logs - displays event log entries collected from computers in a Site or Collection.
