Links widgets

A Links widget displays a collection of links to internal and external resources. This widget can include links to external or internal resources, such as Alloy Software website.

To configure a Links widget:

1. Open a dashboard.

2. Click Customize Dashboard in the upper-right corner. The widget library opens.

3. To create a new widget:

   1. Click Actions (three dots).

   2. Select New Widget > Links.

4. On the Settings tab, configure:

   • Title: Name displayed on dashboards and in the widget library.

   • Links > Add: Add links displayed in the widget.

     For each link, specify:

     • Link: Link text, displayed in the widget

     • URL:Destination address opened when users click the link, such as https://www.alloysoftware.com/

5. Drag links to change their display order.

6. On the Sharing tab, choose who can access the widget:

   • Only me: Keeps the widget private and visible only to you.

   • Everyone: Makes the widget visible to all users.

   • Specific people or groups: Shares the widget with selected users and/or groups.

7. Save the widget.

   The widget is now available to add to dashboards.
