Announcements widgets

Introduced in 2026

An Announcements dashboard widget displays active Announcements targeted to technicians.

To configure an Announcements widget:

1. Open a dashboard.

2. Click Customize Dashboard in the upper-right corner. The widget library opens.

3. To create a new widget:

   1. Click Actions (three dots).

   2. Select New Widget > Announcements.

4. On the Settings tab, configure:

   • Title: Name displayed on dashboards and in the widget library.

   • Max announcements: Maximum number of announcements displayed in the widget.

5. On the Sharing tab, choose who can access the widget:

   • Only me: Keeps the widget private and visible only to you.

   • Everyone: Makes the widget visible to all users.

   • Specific people or groups: Shares the widget with selected users and/or groups.

6. Save the widget.

   The widget is now available to add to dashboards.
