Managing boards

Under My Work > Boards, you can switch between boards, create new ones, and organize and manage them as needed. This article each action in detail.

To access the board menu, click the board name. The menu displays a list of your boards for easy switching and includes a toolbar with the following commands:

  • New: Opens the board creation wizard, where you can create a new board from scratch. See Creating boards for details.

  • Save: Saves any changes made to the board. For example, if you've customized the board and applied the changes just to preview them, use this button to save those changes to the board permanently.

  • Save As: Creates a copy of the current board, with all its unsaved customizations, without affecting the original.

  • Rename: Changes the board's name without modifying any other settings. Useful for updating board names to reflect changes in scope or purpose.

  • More: Expands additional management options:

    • Hide: Temporarily removes the board from your list without deleting it. The board remains accessible but will not appear in the primary view. Useful for decluttering when a board is not actively in use.

    • Export Board: Downloads the board configuration in JSON format, including selected columns, filters, and sorting options. Useful for backing up configurations or sharing board settings with our Support Team.

    • Import Board: Allows you to upload a previously exported board configuration in JSON format.

    • Delete: Permanently removes the board from the system. This action cannot be undone, and the board will no longer be accessible.
